Service Intelligence (SI) is another company that maintains a list of shops on their site. When I first started secret shopping, I considered SI to be my bread and butter company. At the time, they had the contract on a very large fast food chain, and I did one to two a day almost everyday while I was working on submitting my applications to other companies. I have not worked for SI for a couple years now, only because I have three companies that have kept so busy, and I hadn’t had time to work for others. But, overall, SI was a great company for me.

They are headquartered in NC. Their application process is a seven step process and will require written paragraphs like Shop N’ Check. Assuming all is still the same with SI as it was when I worked for them, in addition to the US, they have a lot of work in Canada. They offer direct deposit, and they pay on the1^st of the month, one month after the work is completed. For example, all work completed this month would be paid on April 1^st.
